Shipping Policy

FREE Shipping Notice... All order subtotals of $125 or more qualify for FREE shipping. There are, however, exceptions. and this will be noted next to the product if it qualifies for free shipping.

Same day or next day shipping in most instances. We will advise if delayed. We ship via United States Postal Service unless other arrangements have been made by you. Packages will be delivered by your mailman or where you currently receive your mail.. All packages will be shipped using Priority Mail Service from December thru March. Allow 3 - 5 days for delivery generally. April 1st thru November we also offer Parcel Post Service which is generally 4 - 7 days for delivery generally and we reserve the right to use either method if your shipping is free.

You may purchase at an additional charge USPS Express Mail (2 days for delivery) or UPS Next Day provided you contact us before 11:30am Central Standard Time. WE WILL NOT SHIP FEDEX SO DON'T ASK!

Hot or Freezing temperatures will not effect the potency or harm the Ionic Silver Hydrosol or Zeolite, we just need to take care that the bottles don't freeze and break.
